Over the past twelve (12) months we have been working hard to improve our service to customers especially with dispatch and customer service.
Some changes made to date are:
- 2nd Warehouse which is used for despatch and holds all finished metal products
- With this 2nd warehouse we have been able to build up higher levels of finished products
- Staff training improvements to ensure all departments are covered if there are any staff shortages
- Main office and Warehouse is manufacturing only
- Both warehouses are over 3,000 square metres
- Despatch within 24 hours
- Change Freight company to Direct Freight. Melb Metro deliveries to Syd Metro stores are normally next working day. This was 2 to 5 working days for delivery with our previous freight company
- Customer Service has significantly improved communication to stores and agents
