Delivery Improvements

Over the past twelve (12) months we have been working hard to improve our service to customers especially with dispatch and customer service.

Some changes made to date are:

  • 2nd Warehouse which is used for despatch and holds all finished metal products
  • With this 2nd warehouse we have been able to build up higher levels of finished products
  • Staff training improvements to ensure all departments are covered if there are any staff shortages
  • Main office and Warehouse is manufacturing only
  • Both warehouses are over 3,000 square metres
  • Despatch within 24 hours
  • Change Freight company to Direct Freight.¬† Melb Metro deliveries to Syd Metro stores are normally next working day.¬† This was 2 to 5 working days for delivery with our previous freight company
  • Customer¬†Service has significantly improved communication to stores and agents

 

We are continually reviewing our processes to make improvements.
